Impact
The goal was to sell out of their 2024 Planner Inventory before the end of Q1 to eliminate having to sell at discount. As of January 31st, Book’d hit that benchmark. They’ve been able to double their reach across their digital platforms and are better equipped to produce content at scale. The lesson learned through this project is that preparation needs to begin at least 3 months prior to the anticipated launch to ensure all elements of the rollout are able to be executed with limited stress.
