Free Fenix is a Charlotte, NC-based, hybrid venture company working with innovative, high-performance firms to provide game-changing collaborations and serve as a one-stop-shop for all your venture needs. Priding themselves on being the bridge, Free Fenix uses their influential network and passion for making connections, to bring economic access to companies looking to grow. Free Fenix is working to close the gap between industry and community, by offering prospective partners an entry point into a global marketplace encompassing various industries, opportunities, and causes. The company runs a continuously building portfolio with a significant ownership interest in the fast-growing company Duck Donuts and ownership interests in Salata Salad Kitchen and Hustle House.
Objective
As their ownership interest increased and they began to forge new connections, Free Fenix wanted to create a presence in the digital space that highlighted their brand at a high level and attracted potential investors and clients. They also needed quality content for their growing Hustle House franchise.
Solution
We contracted a commercial photographer and videographer to produce quality brand imagery to use for their social media platforms, website and brick and mortar locations.

Impact
We were able to craft a visually appealing digital portfolio for Free Fenix — which was their main goal. Yet, due to the constraints of the client not wanting to include the teams personal story, the brand messaging lacked a human touch which made it difficult to grow community. The lesson learned through this project is that we prefer to work with clients who are open to collaborating with us to tell their unique story instead of being behind the brand.
